Your CareCard makes pipette servicing simple - prepaid, flexible, and backed by Gilson's trusted expertise. Each CareCard covers a full professional service, including preventive maintenance, replacement parts, and ISO 8655-compliant calibration.
To redeem your CareCard:
Select your country from the list below to find your nearest Gilson Service Centre.
Complete the decontamination form included on the back of your CareCard.
Send your decontaminated pipette(s) together with the CareCard(s) to the address shown for your country.
Once received, your pipettes will be serviced, calibrated, and returned to you with an individual ISO 8655 certificate of calibration.

Each CareCard is valid for two years from the date of issue.
For 5 mL, 10 mL, or multichannel pipettes, please include two CareCards with your shipment.
Remember to include your completed decontamination form with every return.
Shipping costs to and from the Gilson Service Centre are not included, unless otherwise specified by your dealer or region.
Pipettes must be properly decontaminated before shipping. Gilson reserves the right to refuse service on pipettes that have not been safely decontaminated.
Gilson reserves the right to direct service to an authorised partner facility within your region.
